  The manager, she has long brown hair and usually works nights, needs to be fired. Literally makes such a big deal about giving me ranch every time I ask for it (even when I offer to pay). Tonight she cut my girlfriend off when she was about to ask to add fries to the order to say "there's already ranch in there." Got home to find out the entire order was wrong except the fries. Love the place. Literally every other person that works here is awesome. The african American manager that also works nights is amazing and deserves a raise/promotion. I saw him deal with a belligerent guest with poise and kept a smile on his face. The manager there tonight needs to leave. If I see her there, I'll just bring my business elsewhere. She, and she alone, will lose you a daily customer. I'm a front of house manager, I know good customer service isn't that hard. Everyone else at this establishment has it down except her.

  Walked in and the manager I'm assuming because of blue shirt and directions she was giving employees, was holding a mop, mopping the floor. She then took my order of 1 coffee. She brewed and prepared my coffee and put lid on my cup all without washing her hands. Unhealthy, unsanitary, and disgusting period.
